Please Help!! After downloading Windows Media Player Series 9 the software
seem to work fine. Then I try to burn a CD useing the Roxio burner and I get
a
message that my computer needs to be restarted. I restart and I get an
exception OE error message 0028:c023ac79.Than my computer will only restart
in safe mode

The Roxio burner is a free sample burner. If it's not working for you, I'd
suggest you not use it and instead go for one of the good commercial
packages such as Nero or the Roxio commercial version. That's actually
meant to be a serious advice - the free plug-in just doesn't do a heck of a
lot.
