I installed a new IDE DVD-RW. Works great, but I noticed its assigned to
drive F (followed by G for a zip drive). I'd like to move this drive
assignment from F to H, but when I run diskmgmt.msc, the DVD-RW drive doesn't
show up in the list of drives. It does show in My Computer and Windows
Explorer. Suggestions?
