Does anyone know what would cause this scenario?
When attempting to "Reply" to an email - OE sends it immediately before any
comment can be added. This does not occur every time though.

Possibly having the reply window open and the Send button near the Reply
button and a double click instead of a single click is one possibilitiy.

Open the reply window then move the whole window down or to the right and
remember to single click instead of double click. Your mouse sensitivity for
a double click may be a bit too much as well.

Be aware of certain keystrokes: Alt-S does a File, Send Message
and Ctrl-Enter does so too.

BTW both possibilities are documented in the Help
(press F1 and Search for Ctrl+Enter; then open
Using Outlook Express keyboard shortcuts
and scroll to the bottom.)
