I use Nero 6 burning rom. Problem is that it doesn't
support the .wmmv file. How can I get round this because
MM is a great piece of software.

Hello there,

The wmmv file is just a project file its not a video. If you check the help
file for Movie Maker to see how it works you will find that you need to click
on FILE > SAVE MOVIE to create the video. Creating the movie you will have
several options one will be to make a DV-AVI video file the other is to make a
WMV Video file of various sizes/quality. The best option is to create a DV-AVI

successful. Looking forward to making more out of my
camcorder footage.
