Hi there,

I have a problem here. Whenever I clicked on any
video effects clips of video transitions clips, the
application just auto shut down by itself. However, this
does not happen when I cliked on video clips under the
collections. Last time, this problem does not occur,
until recently.I cannot continue making my movie as there
is a essential effect which I requires from the video
effects section. Does anyone of you knows what is wrong
is this?

>Yah. Thanks. I found it. I linked from another forum to
your website. The person there also got the same problem
as me, so I also got my problem solved from your
solutions. Thanks! ;)

I had this problem for a long time and nothing worked to fix it. Today after
installing
the new Service Pack 2 I can do any effects and overlap the clips without it
shutting down.
