Hey there,

I have saved my film into a DV-avi file, but now my film is at least 10 GB.
How do i save this to a dvd (4,7 GB)
Is there a program like DVDshrink or something to make my film fit onto a
DVD-R??

Dear Henk.
The file you now got is a DV-avi. which is uncompressed video.
You need a dvdauthoring program like Pinnacle Studio/dvd architect or
another one.
The program will not "shrink" your movie but encode it so you can use it
on your dvd. DVDshrink is for copying dvdmovies with re-encoding not like
the one you should use.
I use Pinnacle Studio 9, it works...

You don't need DVD Shrink just yet. At 10GB the film
should be under one hour. That should get compressed onto
a DVD by most authoring software out there. I use MyDVD.
Rule is you get about an hour (12-13GB) onto a DVD.
