My cursor keeps jumping from line to line on or offine and
when I open my task manager it only shows one window with
no tabs. It only shows the current tasks running. How do I
fix these problems? I have tried everything and asked
everyone I know.

Taskmanager? Just double click inside the border to toggle back to the 3
tab setting.
Jumping cursor? Turn off speech recognition?
