Yesterday I uninstalled an old trial version of Front
Page. Now,my graphics program (Jasc PaintShopPro) has
stopped
working and attempts to install everytime I open it. One
of the error windows that pops up says "Error 1933. This
setup requires Internet Information Server 4.0 or higher
for configuring IIS Virtual Roots. Please make sure that
you have IIS 4.0 or higher." It also asks for my Win2K
installation cd (which has been lost since we moved a few
months ago).

Uninstalling Front Page is the only thing different from
when PSP worked, and when it didn't.

Thinking perhaps PSP had been corrupted some way, I
uninstalled it, rebooted, and attempted to reinstall. The
reinstall was halted with the same error message.

Any suggestions, short of telling me I have to buy another
OS installation disk?

Well, you're flying blind without having one handy in general. Can you
borrow someone else's to get the needed files? You really should replace the
disk....

Re FP problems, best to post in a group for that product - this one is for
W2k issues.
