still lost and confused

i do not know exactly when it happened, but i have a bible
program that just stopped working and i can't even reload
it. i have uninstalled it and then re install but to no
avail. what happened. it used to tell me that my ntvdm
and wow was not installed, but following the directions
from the support site going through the .cmd all is ok.
what is up with that? i really would like to use this
program again. it is the ellis micro bible. thanks

If yr getting wow problems, try stopping all background apps. This may help
in installing. However its probably the result of a conflict
