i am trying to change file extensions. we have a dell
server with win 2000 server installed. i cannot change
the file extensions as the radio buttons are grayed out.
the change button is not present next to the extension
when opening the properties section. when i use the "open
with command" the box "always use this program box" is
grayed out . under tools folder options file types all
the buttons are grayed out so the extension can't be
changed. i am doing this as an adminstrator and
everything else works fine . any ideas???
