Whenever I want to save or open a file in any application,
the dialog box(es) have all been changed so that the files
are not in order, and I can't permanently reorder them.
This used to be only for non MS Office apps, but now it is
all apps. I can obviously change the sort order every
time I have a box open, but I can't find any way to keep
this permanent. Please help.

Also, this doesn't affect the Administrator settings, only
the main user.
