My Quick Launch toolbar flashes. This is VERY annoying, but it functions
perfect. {:-\

I created a toolbar under a different name and put some shortcuts in that
folder, but no change. It's as if its constantly refreshing itself. It
happens about every 2 seconds. I notice that if I boot up and do NOTHING,
it won't flash. It's kind of like a very fast scrolling from left to right.
Also, I noticed that I dragged a couple other shortcuts directly onto the
toolbar and it stopped flashing. I waited for a short while (maybe 5
minutes). Then, I opened up My Computer (from the desktop, not the toolbar)
and it started the flashing again.

Another interesting note: I have 16 icons on the toolbar. It will start by
only flashing the last 7 on the right (once). Then, it will flash the last
8 (once), then the last 9, etc, until it works to all icons (just 1 flash
per change). Then it starts over again. This is FAIRLY consistent, but
it's erratic on occasion (all will flash once or twice out of order, then it
seems to pause for what would be 1 or 2 flash intervals).

I just installed W2000 server -clean install. SP4, all the updates, etc.
Maybe there's an update I SHOULDN'T have?
