I have a user with Windows 2000 professional on a laptop.
when he double clicks on any folder on his desktop it will
not bring up the folder with a toolbar. I already check
Tools-Folder Options-View for view like current folder. It
will show the you the double arrows to drag windows tool
bar, but it will not expand when you drag.
