Hi.

I have this weird problem on my W2K Prof. when I go to
Task Manager, all I can see is the Application tab - the
Processes and Performance tabs are not showing at all. I
have a process I want to terminate (newdotnet process) so
I can remove it from my HD and from the registry, but
because I can't see the Processes tab I can't terminate
it, and I was wondering if there is a way to terminate a
process from a command line. I am logging in as an
administrator, so the problem above is not because of lack
of administrative rights.

Any help will be appreciated.

1.) Double click it again.
2.) kill.exe from the resource kit
