Help! I can't boot one of my computers because the paging
file is to small or not there. Not even in Safe Mode. Does
anyone know how to get to a command prompt and change the
VM.

mostly this is because "SYSTEM" has no full right on the partition
where the pagefile resides, change security settings to
"ADMINISTRATORS" & "SYSTEM" to "full control", reboot and your problem
will be solved

where the pagefile resides, change security settings to
"ADMINISTRATORS" & "SYSTEM" to "full control", reboot and your problem
will be solved
