I'm having problems with my page file. I can't boot my
computer in normal or safe mode. I get an error stating
that the page file to small or not there. I received a
reply to my previous post that I should give full control
permissions to administrator and system. The problem is
that I can't get into windows. How would I do this booting
to a command prompt. Thanks to chriske911 for the heads up.

booting into safe mode should always function, even without a paging
file, a temporary paging file of 20MB gets created during login and
increased if needed,

if that doesn't even work than you have a different problem alltogether
