Well, perhaps doing something that is LEGAL might be a better thing to do
than something patently illegal, abusive, and disgusting as first spamming
the newsgroups with unsubstantiated claims, and then actively promoting the
harassment of an innocent child.

A google search on the name gives no indication whatsoever of the apparently
unfounded allegations of the anonymous person spamming the newsgroups with
his claptrap. It is interesting to note, however, that this is seemingly not
the first time that Mr. Horwath has had to deal with newsgroup spammers,

Replying to these posts is futile. FYI I have already deleted 40 or so of
these headers in other groups. When you reply to them it just makes them
reappear for me and everyone else that deleted them.

Yes, I realize that, Dave, and my apologies. My concern was not for those of
us that know how to ignore this crap, but for the perhaps few that might
not, and might have taken it seriously. Even then I wouldn't bother, except
that this particular spam happened to target an individual.

Unfortunately, replies to spam are probably no more effective an information
dissemination tool than spam itself. I'll be more careful next time.
