I cannot open files I have stored in Windows My Documents
The computer just freezes up on me when I attempt to
open! I have to shut it down manually. Can anyone help
me? Ongoing problem for about 2 weeks. I am a novice.
Cannot get a live person on the phone. Do I need to hire
a technician to come to my home?

If you have a word issue then better to ask in one of the word or office
groups.
