I have lost access to my add/remove programs and can't get
the files to come up. The window opens, but no files are
listed. I am having major difficulty with my computer as
IE doesn't work, aol is messing up too. I can't use this
computer anymore short of getting a new hard drive which I
can't afford. How can I fix this, such as reformating hard
drive. How do I do this?
