In the Knowledge data base I found this:

FIX: A USB Device Appears with a Yellow Exclamation Mark
(Code 31) in Windows Device Manager

It says that a hotfix is available, how/where do I find
this fix? It says to contact Microsoft Product Support
Services but I thought maybe it would be a downloadable
fix. Anyone know??
