Hi
I hope someone with Windows 2000 Advanced Server cluster knowledge can
supply a word of wisedom.
I need to verify various information (IP-addresses, print-driver, etc)
on each of about 800 printer-queues defined on a Win 2000 Adv. Server
cluster. Now, I am a lazybone so instead of checking every printer-queue
by hand I would rather much prefer to make a script that verifies the
information.
I know that on a a single Windows 2000 Server all the information I need
can be found in this registry DB branch:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print
However that branch on the cluster only contains information for 7 of
the printers defined on the cluster!?
Any idea where the other 793 printers might be hiding in the cluster
registry DB/ini-file/whatever? I have tried search the registry for some
of the other queue names with no result.
