Can anyone please tell me if it is possible to setup a
group policy or by any other registry means to possibly
DISABLE THE WINDOWS EXPLORER FILE DRAG-AND-DROP FEATURE
on my domain? My users are making me crazy
by "accidently" dragging and loosing their files.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

Train, train, train. and then be "busy" for several hours before you
can fix their mistakes. I say unto them, thou shalt use the right
(secondary) mouse button when dragging (which prompts) as it cuts way
down on accidents. FWIW

Permissions (ACLs) can help in some cases.
A differnt GUI shell can ...
Otherwise, I've not heard of any method myself.
