The add/remove programs button does not work any more in control panel in
regular mode or safe mode. We have the latest Norton anti-virus software
and have not seen any viruses in safe mode or regular mode. Any ideas??????

Try a Google search
add/remove button does not work norton

Or one with instructions on re-registering some DLLs after thorough
malware removal (if any). Sorry, I don't have time to search for it
myself.
