I have had a problem with certain applications after need for reinstalling
the system in Win 2000 Pro version:

ERROR: Procedure starting point (free translation from Finnish)
GetRawInputDeviceList cannot find in dynamic linked library user32.dll

It seems that file user32.dll is missing function GetRawInputDeviceList.
When this seems not to be included in SP4, I wonder where could I get the
file user32.dll version with this function (GetRawI...) if there exist
separate files ? Now installed is version 5.0.2195.7032.

Other option is to install again the application which uses the function.
