Hi all,
I need to configre my Win2k Stnd Server to Remove the Run menu from the
Start Menu. But editing this in gpedit.msc will applies to all user who
login to that server. Does this include adminstrator? And how can I
restrict this just for certain users or a group of users?
Thanks in advance!

You can use permissions to apply GPO to users. By default a GPO applies to
users who have read en apply rights.
You can use deny rights to filter GPO to certain users. Further if the
administrators group is not listed in the permissions tab, the GPO won't be
applied to them.

Another way would be to put the non-administrator users in their own
organizational unit (OU) and create the group policy for that OU.
