Hi All,
What is the best way or tool to change the Administrator password for about
800 computers that is not on a domain?
Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

You could create a batch file using cusrmgr as shown in the link below or
take a look the possibilities of using PsPasswd from SysInternals which is
free. The computers would need to be on and have network connectivity
[probably for file and print sharing also] to the computer you run these
tools on and you would need to be logged on as an account that is an
administrator on all the computers. --- Steve

You could check out Policy Maker from DesktopStandard as well.
