We have a number of customer/client domains in our Windows 2000 DNS (these
are simply IP, non-AD domains.) I'm trying to find out if there is a way to
allow these customers/clients to maintain their own DNS records without
needing us to make the changes and without giving them some sort of console
access to the server.

Is there a Microsoft or third-party IP-based utility that we can use? Is
there an API that we could access is we wrote our own web-based utility
using PERL? Obviously we'd need to be able to modify both the file and
in-memory settings or at least update the file and force a reload.

Thanks
