I have used File Migration Utility (FMU) to migrate NDS
user accounts, groups and data to W2K3 AD.
The users, groups and data came across fine.
However, when I look at the permissions on the AD file server,
the Novell permissions by group have not been brought over.
No errors appear in the logs.
Any clues???

Stick with NetWare and have a safer, more reliable, and trouble-free
network. ;)
Other than that, I'm not sure. You may want to check BindView - they've
got some good stuff.
