I'm stuck on the Office Project Server 2003 install in getting past the
area where it asks for both credentials for authenticating to the SQL
database. When I type in two different domain accounts it gives an
error message - the username and password you entered is not allowed to
log on to the server SQLSERVERNAME.

Can someone give me a hint on if this is the fact that the user
accounts aren't in the "MSPROJECT" Role? I don't have this on my SQL
box, I believe this is my problem...
