I want to syn time on all domain controllers. How would I go about this plus
how do I get the most accurrate time availble to act as the offical company
time.

All PCs will sync with their DC which will sync with the authoritative time server.

There are many time sync programs, which may or may not be what you want for
getting the most accurate time available to then set your domain
controllers.
- Karen's Time Sync 1.1.4. Freeware, works well for me:
