Does Windows Server come with a system like Netware messaging? We are
migrating to Windows Server but we want to keep the functionality of Netware
Messaging.

"Messaging" like what? You can install GroupWise or NetMail on Windows
servers if you want.

www.iwantnetware.com "MS (In)Security" section gives plenty reasons why
not to go to the Dark Side. ;)
