Trying to create context sensitive pop-up. I have followed the sample text
file from the microsoft HTML Help work shop. When I compile it in HTML Help
Workshop It will not map the topics. I can make the context sensitive HTML
Help files work but I can not get the compiler to configure pop up text. Are
there any other examples available I could try.
