Hi'

I need at specifik event to occour when a specifik Project-file is
opened (eg an message display).

In the VBA window, under "Thisproject" I have created a "Open"
procedure containing my event.

It works fine on my own PC, but not when other users try on their PC.

Is it possible to make a specifik event occur no matter on what PC the
Project-file is opened?

Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks!!!!

Hi,

Is the ThisProject module the one from theh file or (which I suspect) the
one in your Global?
And do these other users a sufficiently low security level to allow macros
to run?

Hi,

It is not the "Thisproject" from the global I am using, but the
"Thisproject" from the project-file.

I have today asked a number of users to check the macro-security-level,
and most of them received an error-message about a .dll file.
Apparently the problem is caused by a software error.

I found one user who did not receive the error message, and the event
worked on his PC.

When the software problem is fixed, I will make sure, that all users
have security level "low".

In a few days I hope to have the problem fixed for good.

Thank you so much !!!

Please please don't have security level Low, go for medium. I've spent
weekends clearing up word and excel macro viruses through a company.

Just an extra
