If I intall a new version of MS Office 2003 onto my system, will I lose all
of the files created with my old version of 2002 or any access to them? I
would have bought the upgrade, but my company bought me a new copy of 2003
Office Pro so I would like to use that.
No, you will not lose your files or lose access to them. Enjoy 2003.

Theoretically, no. But do yourself a favor - back up your files. You never
know what's going to happen. Plus it's never a bad idea to have a recent
backup.
