We are having a couple interelated problems on the computers in our network:
- When right-clicking on the local area network and then going to
properties, the explorer.exe crashes
- We tried to uninstall and reinstall the network adapter on a single
computer but once uninstalled, the drivers for Intel Pro/100 VE failed to load
We are using Windows 2000, SP4, with the latest updates.
Any assistance would be helpful.

I would try a different adapter. They cost very little.

I should have specified, this problem is occuring throughout our network
where different adapters are being used.

I am having the same issues on one of our 2000 SP4 servers. Did you ever
find a fix?
Thanks,
Chris
