Recently had to change the ip address of a Windows 2000 server. The server
is fine. XP clients are fine. However, win 98 (and one Me) clients which
previousl could log on now can no longer do so. The messages says the
password is incorrect. I've tried several tihngs including putting the
server's name and address in a 'hosts' files on the clients - that didn't
work. I've tried to do a Start-Run \\server_name - that doesn't work. Have
also tried same thing with IP address - that doesn't work The message is
that the network path cannot be found.

Any ideas or suggestions (besides upgrading to newer clients).

Thanks.
