Hi,
I am a registered user of one of the previous versions of WinZip and made
the ill-advised decision to upgrade to WinZip10. What I didn't know was that
all prior registrations do not work for WinZip10.
So, does anyone know where I can get a copy of WinZip9. I downloaded my copy
from the web and deleted that ".exe" file some time ago.
TIA,
-GB
P.S. I think that it is sleazy that they no longer honour the registration
since when I first bought WinZip they said that I could always upgrade.

Hi,
Please ignore my previous post!. I did not look carefully at the WinZip
site. They do offer a way to revert to the previous version (WinZip 9 in my
case), which I did.
Sorry for the waste of bandwidth ;-(

You are correct that it is sleazy to renege on their "always a free update"
promise.
