I can use TweakUi in Xp to setup internet explorer search prefix such as
Google. then I can type in the address bar such as
googlems vb.net webbrowser
to Google on microsoft.com site for "vb.net webbbrowser"

The Tweakui I found for windows 200 has hardly anything. After install, I
did not even see search prefix to be setup
