I would like to know if there is a way to count how many websites, FTP sites
and virtual directories I have running on an IIS.
I'll need to run a script on many servers to make sure that there is at
least one website / FTP site / virtual directory running on it created by an
administrator.
If it's true, I'll keep IIS installed and running on the server. If there
are just the default sites created during the service installation, I'll
need to stop and uninstall IIS.

Can someone help me please?
