I have a 120 GB second drive with lots of files on it. I have XP Pro OS. In
disk Management I can see the drive as healthy but no File system. It was
FAT32 before I lost it. When I go to Explorer and click on the drive it
asks me to Format the drive. I do not want to reformat to save the data.

Please help me to recover this drive and data.

First if you can, take the 120G out of your system and put it in an
external usb/fw caddy. Then see if you can access it. If that doesn't
work, download some of the trial software for file recovery. That
will tell you if any files can actually be retrieved. If they can, then
you'll have to pay for the software activation. That will let you
actually copy the files to another location. There is another world
of file recovery on the Linux side but that is for if the above doesn't
work.
