I don't know - I can't see your network from here. In general, the best way
to find this out is to look at your *paper* licenses....

How many users or devices do you have? That's how many you need.

I can't see your server from here, either. However, if you have TS on W2000,
there is only per-device mode. And if you're talking about TS CALs above,
you should check your Terminal Services licensing app.
