Hi, I had a 2000 server, when i restart the server, after i log on, it
will stay to the blank blue windows screen, it takes around 10 to
15mins to load to desktop. After i log to desktop, everythings seems
fine, but whenevr i access to web or open network connections, it hangs
And also as this server is an applications server and the user also
unable to access it.

But 1 thing very strange, when i open cmd and type ipconfig, i do have
an ip and is connected but the mini network connection icon in the
right bottom task bar is missing too.
I can ping to whatever website but i can't access to it. I can ping to
my gateway, DNS, and even users' PC but my user can't log on to the
apps.

When i open up MS outlook, it stated as offline. Please help me guys.
Thanks ya !

Is this server a domain controller or a member server of an Active Directory
domain? If so, you probably have misconfigured DNS.
