1. I was able to install Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 on my HP
Pavilion zd7000 Laptop.

2. I was able to use it and see its new features.

3. Upon installing Microsoft Office Conversion 2007 and installing it, I
tried to run Microsoft office 2007 and had the following error:

4. "Not enough memory to run Microsoft Excel 2007"

5. The same problem is in all the aplications including Outlook 2007. I
cant get or send emails through Outlook. I cant open it!!!

Can some one help me??

Did you already upgrade Beta 2 to B2TR? If not, check my B2TR page on my
website.

Hi Perez,

In Step 3, are you talking about updating Office 2007 Beta 2 with the Technical Refresh (B2TR) or are you talking about adding the
MS Office 2007 Converters to an Office 2007 installation (The converters are targeted for Office 2000, XP and 2003 users who would
like to work with Office 2007 formatted files.

Hi, I have made the same mistake. also every 3 min or so the "windows
installer" box pops up for no apparent reason, how can i remove the
converters. I love the new look, i was very excited bout the new programs,
now I can't get them to work. I've rebooted countless times, removed old
programs freed up as much memory and disk space as possible.
Congrats Patrick on the MVP
I would greatly appreicate any help!

I have a similar problem.

1) Installed 2007 Beta and it worked great.
2) Installed Technical Refresh and everything works fine except Excel.

Excel: Using the shortcut from the Start menu it runs the installer.
Using the exe file inside Program Files - Office12, Excel runs
and the installer runs, if I cancel it about 5 times I can use Excel without
any problems.

The file it is looking for is missing from my MSOCache folder.

How can I repair this? Thanks

Do you have other MS Office 2007 prtoducts installed and if so did you uipdate them all with their B2TR Technical Refresh Update
patches?

Have you run the Office Diagnostics
Start=>Run=>Microsoft Office=>Microsoft Office Tools ?
