Hi,
How can I get rid of annoing message that stops shutdown procedure
displaying text from this post topic? I have to manually close Outlook then.

That would be an Operating System setting.

Are you sure that this screenshot is OS-related?
http://www.smartsystems.pl/inne/officeshut.jpg (it's in Polish, however
it's not the usual shut down non-responsive app message).
