On a Win2K Server I installed a new 120GB WD1200JB drive and it semed to
work just fine but for some reason, the system thinks this is a removable
disk and even though it's enabled in device manager, keeps taking offline
and I loose access to in My Computer.

What's going on, disk management see's it but it show's it zero size.
Logical volume managment sees it as the correct size but I can't open or
explore it at all; I get "the system can not find the device specified".

What am I missing here? This isn't a removeable drive and it passes all
hardware diags. I need it back online, like now!
