We have some clients that have attachment limits since they are on
yachts. Sometimes our sales people will make them Powerpoint
presentations. Oftentimes they can't download them because of the
sizes. Is there a way to setup a server so we can leave the
presentations there, they go to that site, open it, and run it without
downloading it?

It STILL has to be "downloaded", or transferred thru their connection.

So there's no way around this other than they download the file, and
view it?

For them to view it, they will have to download it.
You can Zip the file to make it smaller.
They will have to be able to uncompress it on there end

I suppose you could televise it, but NO, ALL normal content that is
viewed on a PC has to be downloaded in one form or another.

You could set up a web server and publish the power points there or sign up
for some web hosting or have some shared drive storage. Technically, the
content still gets "downloaded" but not through email.. This presumes that
Internet access is available at the point of use.
