I recently installed some network printers. I was able to print a test page,
print from Word, and even print from Outlook. However, when ever I open an
email and click on print a message pops up saying there are no printers
installed. After searching the Knowledge Base I found the article 827228.
It told me to reinstall the drivers which I did. That still did not fix the
problem. My next step is to delete the email profile and set it up again. I
have never seen this before. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Any
suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It could be that you have not set any printer as your default printer.
Open Printers and Faxes, right click on the printer you can see in the
list, select it to set as your default.

I checked to make sure it was the default printer. I also reinstalled drivers.

So instead of clicking Print, what is seen in File>Print?
