Hi, I have install the microsoft office trial and now it is expired. When I
click on the convert button, it kept directing me to the setup (which ask me
to install, repair or uninstall). I have tried all but it still doesn't allow
me to convert.
Please help me.

have you tried in safe mode?
have you tried reinstalling the
trial?

I would recommend just buying the software from Amazon.com. It'll save you
more than just a few bucks and you'll have the CDs in hand.
