I work for a medical office and do typing at home. I have many words
(spellings of pharmaceuticals etc.) learned to my spell check there and would
like to export it to my home computer. I am running Office 2003 Pro.

Whatever form it is in, convert it to a plain text document, one word
per line, alphabetical order, name it with a ".DIC" extension and put it
in the following folder

C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Proof

You may then "enable" it in Word, Tools, Options, Spelling and Grammar,
Custom Dictionaries.
