I have a windows 2000 forest with 1 child domain. I plan to install
windows2003 DC's on separate machines . After replicating all the NTDS
database from windows 2000 DC's to windows 2003 DC's , I plan to
decommission the windows 2000 DC's.

I'll appreciate a reply from any one who had done a similar project or any
documentation for guidance.
